Booking Terms & conditions

A credit card will be taken as a deposit to secure your booking (no money will be deduct at this time). Alternatively, you may send a $200 cheque if you do not have a credit card, which will be returned following an inspection after your departure, if the property and its contents are in the same condition as on your arrival. Any minor damage / breakages will be paid for by the security deposit (credit card or cheque). If they exceed the $200 cheque deposit then you will be required to pay the rest in full ASAP.

Maximum of 6 guests in total and pets are not permitted unless permission has been given in advance.

The rental charges are inclusive of electricity, water, air-conditioning, heating, cable TV, refuse collection, use of all towels, linens, furniture, fixtures and fittings.

An additional housekeeping fee will be charged at $50.
