A credit card will be taken as a deposit to secure your booking (no money will be deduct at this time). Alternatively, you may send a $200 check if you do not have a credit card, which will be returned following an inspection after your departure, if the property and its contents are in the same condition as on your arrival. Any minor damage / breakages will be paid for by the security deposit (credit card or cheque). If they exceed the $200 cheque deposit then you will be required to pay the rest in full ASAP.

Please report any concerns with the property as soon as you arrive, i.e. dissatisfied with the property, damage or breakages that you believe other guest may have caused.

Maximum of 6 guests in total unless permission has been given in advance.

The rental charges are inclusive of electricity, water, air-conditioning, heating, cable TV, refuse collection, use of all towels, linens, furniture, fixtures and fittings.

An additional housekeeping fee will be charged at $50.

Smoking is not permitted indoors, only outside and cigarette ends must be disposed of properly. If the house is found to of been smoked in, then you will be charged $200.

Please note that the rates are for 2 adults and 2 children only per night. If additional guests are required then there is a flat fee of $15 per person, per night.

Check-in is at 3pm on the day of arrival and check out is 11am on the day of departure. If your need to arrive or depart at different times please make arrangements with us in advance.

It is very important to note that only persons identified on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property. The party lender agrees NOT to sub-let, share or assign the property to any other person not authorized by the owner. Please ensure that we are notified of any changes to the original booking, as unauthorized persons staying in the property will cause the whole party to be excluded from the property without refund. No groups under 21 years of age. No Smoking and any evidence of guests smoking in the properties will incur loss of security deposit.

The owners and their agents will not be held responsible for loss or delay howsoever caused beyond our control, i.e. strikes, riots, fire, flood, closure of airports or transport problems of any kind, weather conditions or any other event etc (this list is neither exclusive or exhaustive).

We must be notified as soon as possible in event of cancellation. Should you cancel your booking the following will apply: If less than 2 week then you shall forfeit your deposit. If less than 1 week then you shall forfeit 100% of the reservation fees.

During your stay the owners, their agents and representatives do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. This also applies to the use of the crib, play crib, highchair, stroller and any other equipment.
